I have had this mouse for five months and still love it. I have had no problems with it. It works well. Battery life is very good. I have only had to change the batteries once in five months and I never remember to turn the switch to "off"! I only use it for normal internet stuff, nothing fancy, but it tracks well though you'll probably have to adjust the mouse settings when you first set it up. On a very few rare occasions it has lost connection to my Macbook but this is rare and easily fixed. The travel pouch is a nice touch. The color does not match my Macbook but who says everything in life has to match and it is a nice ocean blue! I am very happy with this product.
