My bluetooth Logitech mouse works perfectly. Installing it was simple. I really didn't need to install the software that came with it, because Mac OS X recognised it and made it functional. I chose to install the software to take advantage of the additional features.
I had an Apple Mighty Mouse that was bluetooth as well. It went through batteries like crazy and often would stop functioning all together.
