After reading many of the reviews, I decided to purchase the Logitech V470 for my new Laptop. The mouse was delivered and I could not get the left button to function properly. After one hour on the phone with the Logitech help line, they told me to return it to Amazon for a replacement. I returned it and Amazon sent me a new V470. This mouse would take 20 minutes or more to connect. My computer would see the mouse but took too long to connect. After one week, if it connected, it would loose the connection and try to reinstall the software again and again. I called Logitect and they had no idea how to correct the problem. Their solution was to remove and reinstall the software which did not help. One of my friend loaned me his Microsoft 5000 bluetooth and it connected immediately. It was not my computer and not the software so I return it again to Amazon and placed an order for the Microsoft bluetooth 5000. It seems Logitech does not have any quality control in China.
