Great little mouse. I am using it with the IMac and it is wonderful. I needed the third button for use with a Cad program. I have the original batteries I placed in it months ago. I do leave my old mouse connected to the USB because when you put the computer in sleep mode with the wireless mouse it immediately wakes up telling you the mouse is disconnected. So I turn off the mouse, give it a couple of seconds to disconnect from the computer and use the old mouse to put the computer to sleep. Have not found a better way yet.
