I purchased this mouse because I have a glass desk and do not like using mouse pads. This product works amazingly well on glass, not to mention has more features than most notebook mice on the market. The receiver is tiny, and the mouse size itself is great. I also own Logitech computer speakers and multiple Harmony remotes -- if you're trying to decide on a brand of mouse to buy, you cannot go wrong with Logitech. I've owned their products for years and they consistently deliver. I've never had to speak to their customer service or file a warranty claim through them, so I cannot attest to their customer interactions, but I think that fact speaks for itself. To own so many of their products and to have never had an issue with any of them seems like a good enough reason to trust Logitech. I did for the Anywhere Mouse MX, and it delivered just as expected. Considering I expect excellence from Logitech, whenever they deliver, they earn a 5 star rating from me. Also, tough to ignore how much this thing costs versus so many other mice -- it's definitely on the high end.
