The mouse was ready to be used in a few mins once the bluetooth device pairing was done. But passkey cannot be used for the pairing. Though the mouse looks so small it adjusts well to the palms shape. For my huge hand, I found it uncomfortable for the first few days, but now it seems to be good. When you power off and power on, it gets connects in a second. Also works well on any surface. I got this one in a good deal and the bluetooth is the way to go wireless which does not require the protruding USB receiver like other wireless mouses.
