Very smooth. I use it for a Macbook Pro. Had a Kensington that liked to skip a lot. This one works much better for my Mac. The Kensington is now used with my PC laptop and works fine there..... go figure.Get more detail about Logitech V470 Bluetooth Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Blue).
