Logitech G9 Laser Mouse Order Now

This mouse is the ultimate in actual precision, and not just in the numbers. It's smooth and can be weighted to your personal feel very easily and is very well constructed. I do however have problems with the DPI adjustment buttons and the s/s wheel. When moving the wheel side to side I often actuate either the left or right mouse button which can be disasterous in game. While the slight up curve on the l/r buttons is very comfortable, it is just too close to the wheel making it too easy to activate when using s/s wheel. Also when switching DPI I also activate the left mouse button quite often accidentally. This design is a bit annoying and I am trying to come up with a workaround, but perhaps I will actually do some machining on the mouse to modify the button areas I have mentioned, but probably not until it is much older since I paid a goodly sum for this and don't want to ruin it so soon. I didn't give the setup software good points either since I had some trouble with it though I believe spending more time with it will yield some great results. It can do so much it is just a bit overwhelming. The colored lights which change on the mouse itself to identify which mode you are in is truly great. And though I have quite large hands and at first found this mouse to be a little too small, I have adapted very well to it in just a few days gaming. Odd that it is so much better than my G5 that I used prior to this. But it is measureably smoother and more accurate even set to the identical DPI and weighting. Buy this mouse if you are serious about your gaming or just want a very comfortable mouse for anything. I also use this mouse for WaveLab and Solidworks and it is nothing less than perfect. You won't be disappointed. Oh and I didn't mention that the wire on this mouse does not interfere at all with the motion so no need to go wireless with all the inherent issues that can bring. Lowest Price Logitech V450 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Red)

At thanksgiving time I saw this mouse was for sale at just $25 and being a nano mouse with the small receiver, I thought it would be a great device and would not worry about breaking the receiver!! My previous mouse, a Microsoft Laser 4000 Model, was ruined after the cheaply made receiver split in half. Still have a perfectly good mouse but no receiver. I just purchased this model and plugged it into my computer and worked just fine. The tiny receiver was a very nice feature so I didn't have to worry about it being broken. It was a great mouse for the 1 day that it worked.

The next day when I went to turn on my compueter, the mouse would not work. Battery power was just fine and the mouse power was on, the receiver could not pick up the signal from the mouse. Apparently, if you read the few terrible reviews on this device, it is exactly the same case that a select few other people had. Apparently there are severe software issues with this device and Logitech will blame it on your computer and not the device. Well I tried installing the mouse on 3 other computers and everytime, after the first time it was installed successfully, it failed to install. On Logitech's website you can download additional drivers to install the mouse but that failed as well. The mouse was useless and therefore I returned it to the store for a full refund.

I have used several different devices of the years and never ever had an issue like this. This item had very high reviews overall and unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to hardly even use it. I would not recommend purchasing this item from Logitech as the software issue is a serious gamble that you shoudln't waste your time with. Due to my experience with their device, I will never purchase a Logitech brand name item ever again.Get more detail about Logitech V450 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Red).

Low Price HP Wireless Comfort Mobile Mouse (Moonlight)

Got this as a gift and was very pleased when it arrives (as was the recipient). The mouse is a good size, even for larger hands. The usb dongle is very small,a nd stays out of the way. it also can be stuck inside the battery compartment during transport.

Bottom Line: I would recommend this to a friend.Get more detail about HP Wireless Comfort Mobile Mouse (Moonlight).

Save Microsoft Arc Mouse (Red)

The mouse was easy to set up, just plug and play (I did have to adjust my pointer settings in Win 7 as the mouse was moving faster than my wired one). Very functional, comfortable to use and portable. Love the look and feel of the product. Get more detail about Microsoft Arc Mouse (Red).

Discount Microsoft Mobile Memory Mouse 8000 Mac/Win

Being a Mac user, I was at first hesitant to buy a Microsoft mouse, and am even more hesitant to give it a five star rating, but I've had my Mobile Memory Mouse 8000 for about six months now, and am honestly proud to say I have loved every day of owning it. A relatively unadvertised feature of this mouse is that you can ditch the bulky USB dongle and use it via Bluetooth instead. This was the primary reason I bought this mouse, and I've been using it via Bluetooth with my MacBook and have never had any problems. I've seen others report jumpiness using this mouse with a Mac, but I can't say I've ever experienced that myself. I've also seen others reporting the buttons lifting up due to wear after months of use, but I can't say that's happened to me either. After six months of using my mouse during the week at work, then tossing it in my bag and using it occasionally on evenings and weekends at home, I'm happy to report it still looks like it just came out of the package and continues to be a solid working input device. I have owned other Bluetooth mice and this one is by far the most durable, ergonomic, and convenient one I've found. But even so, given Amazon's low price, if my mouse falls apart tomorrow I won't hesitate to buy this exact same model again.

With the Microsoft Mouse software installed on my MacBook, the extra mouse buttons can be configured for click, secondary click, double-click, triple-click, clicklock, scroll, auto-scroll, forward, back, magnify, zoom in, zoom out, undo, cut, copy, paste, and various functions of Exposé, Dashboard, Spotlight, and Front Row. Additionally, you can set either mouse button to quickly open the Finder or any of your favorite apps, or to switch between open apps. I picked "Exposé - Desktop" and "Exposé - All open windows" for my two buttons and these have been very handy. As a bonus, with its brushed metal appearance, this mouse looks really great sitting next to my Apple Bluetooth keyboard, and I imagine would look phenomenal next to the new aluminum unibody MacBooks.

One thing of note, though: about a month ago I stopped using the included rechargeable battery. It seemed to be holding a charge for shorter and shorter spans, until I found myself recharging the mouse about every day. The included dongle and magnetic cable are absolutely phenomenal for converting it into a wired mouse during recharging, but as often as I found myself recharging, it was beginning to defeat the purpose of owning a wireless mouse in the first place. Now I keep a few extra AAA batteries on hand in my backpack and just use those. I've been meaning to invest in some kind of rechargeable AAA batteries so I'm not wasting the alkalines--of course I wouldn't try recharging those inside the mouse itself, for fear they would be incompatible and explode or something--but using the alkalines has worked fine and given me back the wireless freedom that I loved about this mouse originally.

If you twist my arm and make me come up with some kind of complaint, it would be that the dongle is just too big. I have a super tiny 8GB flash drive on my keychain (a Verbatim TUFF 'N' TINY, which I absolutely love), so having an extra 1GB of storage in such a bulky form factor is really pointless for me. I wish there was another version of this mouse without flash storage and thus a smaller dongle. However, this is a moot point for me. Since I use the mouse via Bluetooth and have stopped using the rechargeable battery, I don't even carry the dongle around anymore, and the mouse was affordable enough that I just plain don't care. However, if Bluetooth isn't an option for you and you do plan to use it with the dongle, just be aware it's gigantic.Get more detail about Microsoft Mobile Memory Mouse 8000 Mac/Win.

Cheapest Logitech V220 Cordless Optical Mouse for Notebooks (Scarlet Red)

The mouse is great and works exactly as it's advertised. I'm a big fan of logitech so I was excited when I found this little guy for $10 at Target--except for the fact that the only color they had left was pink. The only thing that confused me about the unit was that every time I put the USB stick in the dock and then pulled it out to use it later, the power switch was turned to "on". Turns out that the USB stick locks in to the mouse with two grooves on both sides and another towards the bottom tip, which grabs the power switch as it locks in. That groove slides the power switch up and to the right turning the mouse to the "on" position. Thought that was an interesting find. They may want to consider switching the position of the bottom groove so the battery doesn't get drained while the mouse is not in use. Again, awesome product but somewhat annoyed that I can't use the USB storage on the mouse without draining the battery. Cheap Kensington K72349US Wireless Mouse for Netbooks

There were no instructions to load on Macbook OS X 10.6 and it was not recognized by the Macbook. Besides, its USB so it takes up a USB slot and hangs out the side of the macbook increasing the possiblity of damage. I've found a Logitech Bluetooth Laser V470 to be superior to any other mouse I've tried.Get more detail about Kensington K72349US Wireless Mouse for Netbooks.

Buying One Finger Mouse, USB, Black

For starters, I hate mice. I have Logitech Trackballs for all my desktop (3) and Laptop (4) computers. And I hate trackpads even more than I hate mice. I have 2 Gateways, a Lenovo, an Asus Netbook and have used my kid's Dell. I have used mini-mice for the laptops and all of the trackpads. They all stink on ice. If you like mice or trackpads, this review is not for you.

I originally bought the finger mouse for my laptop (Gateway 15.1 inch) because it was small and light but I eventually just used the Logitech Trackman because there was plenty of room in the bag.

Where this product shines is with the Asus EeePC Netbook. I use the Logitech Trackman when I'm at the desk but, on the road, it's too big and clunky to carry with a little netbook. The finger mouse fits in the little bag (next to the power adapter so it takes up very little room) and it weighs virtually nothing. I use two bags (a teeny one for just the netbook and a bigger one that holds the external drive, cooling pad, power adapter, manual, earphones, etc.) The finger mouse fits in both with no problem and it weighs virtually nothing.

As with any trackball, if you aren't used to them, you have to retrain your fingers to operate it efficiently but that doesn't take much effort. It's vastly more accurate and easy to use than the crummy Asus trackpad and you don't need the extra flat space you would with a mouse so it's great for those teeny airline tray tables (until your wife swipes your earphones so she can watch movies on the netbook).

My wife took the netbook when we went to Key West in October. She disappeared one afternoon and I found her down at the hotel pool bar with the netbook, sucking down Pina Coladas and chatting on AIM (gotta love those 10 hour batteries). She said three people came up and asked her where they could get a little trackball like hers.

Purchase Microsoft 69K-00001 Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 (Metallic Grey)

I love this thing. I had one of the Microsoft Bluetooth mouse that was a piece of junk. It would constantly loose connection with the pc sitting right below it and the receiver 2 feet in front of it. I would have to reinstall the drivers every 2-3 months and finally threw it across the room in frustration. When I got this mouse I couldn't believe the price to begin with but Amazon has always treated me right so I figured what did I have to loose but WOW!!! It's confortable, easy to use, I didn't even have to install any drivers just hook it up, put the batteries in, press the button on the bottom and away I went. I am sure I will have to order 2 more soon cause my wife and son have been as impressed as I have.Get more detail about Microsoft 69K-00001 Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 (Metallic Grey).

Order Microsoft M03-00090 Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 High Definition with Tilt Wheel Platinum Mac/Win PS2/USB English

I've only had this mouse a short time but so far all has been good and it has a great feel to it. My previous mouse was the Microsoft Optical Mouse 3000 and it is as good or better than that model. The only noticable difference to me is because the 5000 is shaped specifically for the right handed person, it takes a little bit to position your hand correctly to prevent moving the mouse diagonally instead of straight side to side. Just a small thing to notice, but I am sure that I will get used to the hand position.Get more detail about Microsoft M03-00090 Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 High Definition with Tilt Wheel Platinum Mac/Win PS2/USB English.
